RESOURCES
- The extended Project Team has extensive experience in the Construction Industry and all have been selected because they also offer personal dedication and integrity associated with highly motivated members of small teams;
- In addition the Team can call upon Project Management experience and assess the advantages and disadvantages of working with a Main Contractor on a Design & Build Contract, or negotiated contract as an alternative to competitive tendering;
- The Team have working relationships with reputable contractors who could be called in at design stage to provide input to the design brief and prepare a Cost Plan for the project based on actual costs not theoretical costs;
- Preparing drawings in AutoCAD format allows accurate presentation of the building form as well as accommodating rapid design changes to suite Client requirements / cost adjustments / and network facility to environmental service contractors / other specialists with design input;
